This Primitive Snowman in a Can is handmade by a crafter in Lancaster, PA. The snowman is sewn from muslin fabric stuffed and stuffed fiberfill. His mouth and eyes seem to be some kind of dried berries glued on along with a twisted stem nose. His hat is sewn from muslin then painted black, the snowman and hat are coffee stained then sprinkled with cinnamon. He also has a red fleece scarf and gold bells that have been sprinkled with cinnamon. The can I believe is a large vegetable or sauce can painted to look rusty, there is a label in the center which reads “ In the meadow we could build a snowman” and cinnamon is added all around the label to give it a old rusty look. The final touch is a snowy pine stem added in the can with the snowman.
Measurements: Snowman is 18” high x 6” wide. The can is 6.75” high x 6” wide and the overall measurement of the snowman in the can is approximately 21” tall x 6” wide.
