Refund and Returns Policy

At The Crafty Decorator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Use our contact us page to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. One of our team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  5. Clearly write the order number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will then process your refund within 10 business days if the return is approved.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel. Please contact our customer support team for clarification if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable, and we may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
