This is an adorable Primitive Uncle Sam Silicone Bulb topper has a felt hat and is made by Vicki Jean’s Creations.  The Uncle Sam bulb cover is hand dipped and made in the USA. The cover comes with a replaceable 3 watt bulb which has a candelabra base that will fit any candle holder or night light.  The cardinal bulb cover can be used for years to come!
